Stomach Ulcer Self-Testing
Persistent nausea, or burning stomach pain?
Stomach ulcers (gastric ulcers) are open sores that develop on the lining of the stomach. In up to 90% of cases, they are caused by H.pylori bacteria, which live on the lining of the stomach and duodenum. This test detects the presence of H.pylori bacteria in a stool sample.
If your results suggest the presence of stomach ulcers, contact your GP for further investigation and to discuss your treatment options.
