TENS Machine

Targeted Pain Relief. Drug-Free Therapy. Easy to Use.

Designed to support your well-being naturally and safely, our TENS Pain Relief machines offer fast, effective pain relief without the use of medication. Using gentle harmless electrical pulses to stimulate nerves and muscles, they help to block pain signals and encourages the release of endorphins (your body’s natural painkillers), while also blocking the body’s pain signals which are normally transmitted from the area of injury and pain through nerve fibres.

These machines are compact and user-friendly, featuring fifteen intensity levels and multiple massage modes to suit your needs. Whether you’re managing chronic pain, muscle tension, or recovering from an injury. The kit includes electrode pads and output cables, so you can start your therapy right out of the box.

With an extra-large digital screen and touch control buttons, these machines are designed for ease navigating and using.

How do our TENS Machines Work?

TENS (Transcutaneous Electrical Nerve Stimulation) works by sending harmless electrical impulses through the skin using adhesive electrode pads. These pulses stimulate the nerves in the targeted areas of injury or pain, helping to interrupt pain signals before they reach the brain,  and promote muscle relaxation. Secondly, TENS encourages the production of endorphins, the body’s natural painkiller.

By using a TENS Machine regularly, you can experience relief from conditions such as sciatica, back pain, joint pain, arthritis, period pain, and sports-related injuries.

Ideal for:

People managing chronic or recurring pain, those recovering from injury, or anyone looking for a safe, medication-free method to ease discomfort at home. Lightweight and portable with it’s own travel pouch, it’s also ideal for on-the-go relief.

Directions for Use

  1. Clean and dry the skin where you plan to place the electrode pads.

  2. Connect the pads to the output cables, and plug the wires into the TENS unit.

  3. Remove the film and attach the gel pads to the areas where you’re experiencing pain, following the included placement guide.

  4. Turn the device on and select your desired intensity and massage mode.

  5. A timed treatment cycle will now begin.

Use in Pregnancy

TENS machines should only be used during pregnancy under the guidance of a healthcare professional. Due to potential risks to both the mother and baby, it’s important to seek medical advice before using a TENS unit to ensure it is safe and appropriate for your use.
